Two-Year Limited Warranty
SIKARA GENEVE warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from an authorized SIKARA GENEVE retailer.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the device body and internal components.
- Failure of the charging mechanism or battery under normal use.
- Software malfunctions affecting the primary ritual functions.
How to Claim
If your device is not performing as expected, please contact our concierge team at support@sikarageneve.com.
Our specialists will provide troubleshooting guidance. If a defect is confirmed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for repair or replacement.
