Shipping Policy
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States and select European territories.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders are processed and shipped from our distribution centers in Geneva and New York Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SIKARA GENEVE experience. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team with your order number.
International Shipping
SIKARA GENEVE ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated delivery times for international shipping are 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing in your country.
