1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the SIKARA GENEVE website, online store, content, products, and related services. By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility & Use

You may use the services only for lawful purposes and are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account.
3. Product Safety & Use
We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, images, colors, specifications, availability, and pricing accurately. Displays may affect appearance, and product or packaging details may change. Follow all instructions, warnings, care information, and intended-use guidance supplied with a product. Website content does not replace those instructions.
4. Pricing & Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment issues, purchase limits, or legal restrictions. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, and fees are displayed before submission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee they will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. 8. Limitation of Liability

9. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and product warranties are governed by the policies displayed on our Shipping & Returns and Warranty pages at purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape content through automated means, impersonate another person, submit false information, make fraudulent purchases, or violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the services, or SIKARA GENEVE.

Nothing here limits a nonwaivable consumer right or remedy.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
